This website is owned and operated by two members of the band The Castillion, James Slattery and Joshua Coker.  We believe our fans deserve the best and we will do everything in our power to correct any issues that may arise. 

That being said, please note that all sales of digital products are final.  Once a member has access to a digital product, they have access forever and may download it as many times as they like. 

If you have an issue with a physical product (product never arrived, product is damaged, etc.) please contact us at thecastillion@gmail.com and we will promptly attend to the issue.  We use Printful to dropship our merchandise directly to our customers, so any issues that are brought to our attention will require some time to contact Printful and resolve the problem.
