Seventh song on the album The Fall of the Son by The Castillion.  Absolute destruction of everything the Castillion has built.  He is as good as dead until his wife slips off and kills her heretic twin sister Corvina Rabenflue.  Centuries ago the wives of the reborns formed a counter cabal when they figured out what the reborn men were doing.  Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.  The wives have their own plan for global peace built on a more corrupt A.I. (BLE) system that forces everyone to coexist in a maternal commune where the nasty pest of free will is abandoned for a hive mentality.  Corvina Rabenflue refused to wait and went to war with the reborns, becoming infected with the same lust for power that the Castillions and their ilk have.  The “copper taste” is blood, and blood is the secret spiritual capital of the unseen realm.
